Rape camps: Yes - Do some
research

The wars in Yugoslavia were a terrible and ugly example of humanity.
I remember feeling how ashamed humanity should have been to sit
by and watch those events unfold, and once again only America
really wanted to take a stand.
If I remember right, then President
Bill Clinton used up some serious political capital making that
stand. NATO relations were stressed, Russia was warning
the U.S., and the rest of the world just watched.
As far as rape camps, all a
person needs to do is a little research. Please review
the following United Nations' web pages:
http://www.un.org/documents/ga/res/51/a51r115.htm (1996)
http://www.un.org/documents/ga/res/50/a50r192.htm (1995)
http://www.un.org/documents/ga/res/48/a48r143.htm (1993)
There are plenty more around
the web. It only takes a few minutes to verify and some common
sense.
