Local Family Needs Help
By Jennifer Brewer

Thank you for the factual, and compassionate accounting of the
plane crash. And thank you for reminding us that we were blessed
and fortunate to have been visited by a hero who put the lives
of others before his own.
Now is the time to move forward and take care of the physical
and emotional damage left behind. The residents of the trailer
that was destroyed, lost everything. Their clothes, their belongings,
even his Harley.
An account has been set up
at Credit Union 1 to help the family replace what they lost and
meet their needs. Please contact Heather Phelps, 225-9485, at
Credit Union 1 in Ketchikan, if you wish to donate clothing,
household goods , or make a monetary contribution.
Take a turn at being a hero,
and help out our neighbor.
