The sale may be a good thing for me personally depending on the buyer. The sale may be a disaster to me personally depending on the buyer. Likewise it may be a disaster to Ketchikan depening on the buyer. If the right buyer was in place I would support the sale of KPU 100%. The problem is what I have now is better than the unknown and I would think that would also go for the owners of this utility which are the residents of the City of Ketchikan. The revenue from KPU Telephone supports many operations in the City and the residents better think about how that is going to be replacesd. Hey I know!!!! Let's increase the rates and the mil rate.
