Re: Highest Bidder

Regarding Mr. Edwardson's letter about contracting out to the
highest bidder, it seems to me that the Ketchikan Gateway Borough
is not the only local government to have contract disputes.
The local tribe also should
re-evaluate their contracts as well. Let's be consistent now
and not point any fingers at one local government entity.
