Free Cab Rides

I just read that state wide there were 70 arrests for DUI during the holiday season. Ketchikanites were able to enjoy festivities on New Year's eve knowing there were free cab rides and bus service available to get home safely.
Ketchikan CHARR has been sponsoring this event for 29 years and this year we had NO arrests for DUI's. Thanks, CHARR, for helping to keep us safe while celebrating the new year.
