On 12/21/12 at about 10:50 AM officers observed DAVID TORRES, 27 years of age of Ketchikan AK, driving in the 2400 block of Tongass without a valid driver’s license.  Mr. Torres was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $1,000.00 bail.

On 12/22/12 at about 1:43 PM officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart on a report of a shoplifter in custody.  Upon investigation it was found that ROXANNE BAUER, 30 years of age of Ketchikan AK, had taken $277.00 worth of merchandise from the store without paying for it.  Ms. Bauer was arrested for Theft in the Third Degree and was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was set to be released to her own recognizance.

On 12/22/12 at about 5:13 PM officers were dispatched to the fourth floor of the Mary Frances Apartments for an intoxicated female knocking on random doors.  Upon arriving officers contacted LASHAUNDA MILNE, 25 years of age of Ketchikan AK, who showed signs of intoxication.  She was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release and transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $500.00 bail. 

On 12/23/12 at about 9:05 PM officers were dispatched to the Asylum Bar on a report of a male refusing to leave.  Officers contacted ROY BANHART, 36 years of age of Ketchikan AK, who due to his high level of intoxication, was told he could not go back inside any bars for the remainder of the night.  At 9:16 PM officers saw Mr. Banhart in the 49’er bar.  He was arrested for Drunken Person on License Premises.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance.

On 12/24/12 at about 4:07 AM officers received a driving complaint on a maroon van. Officers found the vehicle in the area of Shoreline and conducted a traffic stop on it.  Officers arrested JEREMY ORIN, 23 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Driving While License Suspended and for Violation of Conditions of Release.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $500.00 bail.

On 12/24/12 at about 1:20 PM officers arrested CHRISTOPHER COOPER, 47 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  Mr. Coopers was found to have marijuana and methamphetamine on his person.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was booked on his warrant and charged with Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance in the Fourth and Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree.  He was held without bail.

On 12/24/12 officers arrested CHRISTOPHER COOPER 47 years of age, TERRI BERMUDEZ, 42 years of age, MIKELL SELLERS, 64 years of age, and SARAH KITSMILLER, 20 years of age, all from Ketchikan AK, on outstanding warrants in connection to drug trafficking.  All were transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where they were held without bail. 

On 12/24/12 at about 8:43 PM officers arrested RODNEY KRAUS, 46 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. 

On 12/25/12 at about 10:45 PM officers were contacted by a citizen about a male passed out near Berth One.  Officers contacted JESSE NELSON, 30 years of age of Ketchikan AK.  Due to his high level of intoxication Mr. Nelson was told he could not go back into any more bars for the rest of the night.  Mr. Nelson was seen walking across the street and into the Totem Bar.  Officers arrested Mr. Nelson for Drunken Person on Licensed Premises.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be release on his own recognizance.

On 12/27/12 at about 1:09 PM officers were dispatched to A&P Grocery on a report of a shoplifter in custody.  Upon investigation officers issued a misdemeanor citation for Concealment of Merchandise to TIMOTHY DIVINE, 50 years of age of Ketchikan AK.  He was seen placing 5 packages of Kool-Aid, valued at $1.95, in his coat pocket and not paying for them.

On 12/27/12 at about 4:00 PM officers arrested DAVID SKELTON, 21 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $1,000.00 bail. 

On 12/27/12 at about 5:05 PM officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Grant Street on a report of a domestic fight in progress.  Upon investigation officers arrested HEATHER GUTHRIE, 26 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence.  She was transported to the Ketchikan Correction Center where she was held without bail. 

On 12/28/12 at about 3:05 PM officers arrested   JOSHUA JOHNSON, 24 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correction Center where he was held on $5,000.00 bail.

On 12/28/12 at about 9:03 PM officers were dispatched to Mike’s Elbow Room on a report of a female receiving unwanted texted messages and a possible protective order violation.  Upon investigation officers arrested   STANLEY EDENSHAW, 30 year of age of Ketchikan AK, for Harassment in the Second Degree Domestic Violence.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. 

On 12/29/12 at about 10:00 PM officers conducted a traffic stop on a tan Saturn for a traffic violation.  Upon investigation officers arrested MATHEW MARTINEZ, 29 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Driving While License Suspended.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released his own recognizance.

  On 12/29/12 at about 11:30 PM officers were dispatched to the Totem Bar on a report of an intoxicated female passed out.  Upon arriving officers contacted LASHAUNDA MILNE, 25 years of age of Ketchikan AK.  She was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release and transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $500.00 bail.

On 12/30/12 at about 2:10 AM officers received a report of a possible drunk driver.  Officers conducted a traffic stop on a white PT Cruiser in the 300 block of Front Street.  Upon investigation officers arrested CAITLIN PERATROVICH, 21 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Driving Under the Influence.  She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was set to be released on her own recognizance.

On 12/30/12 at about 9:18 PM officers arrested JARROD DOLSKY, 43 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for an outstanding warrant.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. 

On 12/30/12 at about 9:10 PM officers were dispatched to Safeway on a report of a male passed out in the bathroom.  Officers contacted KEVIN JORDAN, 23 years of age of Ketchikan AK, who showed signs of intoxication.  He was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release and Violation of conditions of Probation.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $2000.00 bail.

On 1/1/13 at about 12:48 AM officers were dispatched to Brown Deer Road on a report of a fight in progress.  Officers arrived and found a 15 year old male who was under the influence of alcohol.  The male was charged with Possession of Alcohol by a Minor and Violation of Conditions of Release.  He was released to his parents.  At the same call officers contacted JAMIE DEWITT, 20 years of age of Ketchikan AK, who was found to be intoxicated.  She was arrested for Possession by Persons Under 21 and Violation of Conditions of Release.  She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $500.00 bail.

On 1/1/13 at about 2:07 AM officers observed RUBY HAYWARD, 32 years of age of Ketchikan AK,   staggering into traffic on Water Street.  Ms. Hayward was found to be on condition of release.  She was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release and transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $500.00 bail.

On 1/1/13 at about 2:53 AM officers were dispatched to the 800 Block of Buren Road on a report of a blue Jeep driving erratically.  Officers found the Jeep and contacted SAMANTHA MAY, 29 years of age of Ketchikan AK.  Ms. May was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.  During the arrest officers found Methamphetamine on her person.  She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was further charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree and held without bail.

On 1/1/13 at about 4:01 AM officers were dispatched to Cedar Street on a report of a male screaming outside.  Upon arriving officers contacted MARTIN CARROLL, 49 years of age of Ketchikan AK.  Mr. Carroll stated he had been in an argument with his roommate.  He was warned to keep is voice down due to the time of night.  Mr. Carroll again began yelling and officers attempted to take him into custody.  Mr. Carroll became aggressive and struck an officer with a large metal candle stick.  He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Assault in the Second Degree.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail.

On 1/1/13 at about 5:57 PM officers were dispatched to the area of Freeman Street on a report of a male with a knife threatening to harm children.  Upon arriving officers contacted three children ages 9, 10 and 11.  Upon interviewing the three children officers were told SPENCER BARR, 19 years of age of Ketchikan AK, had accused the children of throwing snowballs, and grabbed one of the children, put a knife to their throat and threaten to slit their throat.  Mr. Barr was arrested for three counts of Assault in the Third Degree and one count of Violation of Conditions of Release.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail.
