On 1/14/3 at about 2:07 PM officers arrested NICHOLAS TUCKER, 31 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $5,000.00 bail.

On 1/15/13 at about 11:11 AM officers arrested HEATHER GUTHRIE, 27 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $500.00 bail.

On 1/16/13 at about 12:15 AM officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Chevrolet for a minor traffic offense.  Upon contacting the driver, DAVID MASON, 48 years of age of Ketchikan AK, it was found he did not have a valid driver’s license.  He was issued misdemeanor citations for Driving While License Suspended and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in The Sixth Degree.

On 1/16/13 at about 7:45 AM officers were officers were dispatched to Baranof on a report of a female attacking a male.  Upon investigation officers arrested DEBRA NEIDIFFER, 57 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence.  She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held without bail.

On 1/17/13 at about 10:45 AM officers were dispatched to a hit and run accident in the 3800 block of Tongass.  With the statements of witnesses officers were able to find the suspect vehicle and contact the driver, COLTON MASTERSON-CRAGUN, 20 years of age of Ketchikan AK, who was issued a misdemeanor citation for No Valid Operator’s License.

On 1/17/13 at about 11:54 AM officers arrested CHARLES NELSON, 46 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on a Parole Violation.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. 

On 1/17/13 at about 3:06 PM officers were dispatched to Grant Street on a report of a domestic fight.  Upon investigation officers arrested TROY HARVEY, 46 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence and Violation of Conditions of Release.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail.

On 1/18/13 at about 1:13 AM officers arrested EMBERLY MICHAEL, 27 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held without bail. 

On 1/18/13 at 2:11 PM officers arrested STEVEN LAWRENCE, 33 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on two outstanding warrants.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail.

On 1/18/13 at about 4:10 PM officers arrested ALEXANDER ORR, 22 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $500.00 bail.

On 1/19/13 at about 12:41 AM officers arrested FREDRICK JACKSON, 24 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $100.00 bail.

On 1/19/13 at about 7:59 PM officers were dispatched to the Front Street on a report of a male trespassing in a vehicle.  Upon investigation officers arrested PATRICK VERNEY, 36 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance. 

On 1/20/13 at about 12:41 PM officers were advised of a group of people marching in the east bound lane of Tongass blocking traffic.  Upon arriving Officers advised the group they needed to move to the side walk and not impede traffic.  The group refused to leave the lane of traffic and officers arrested KEVIN CLEVENGER, 37 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Obstruction of Highway.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance.  The rest of the group moved to the side walk and continued their march.

On 1/20/13 at about 6:52 PM officers arrested CRYSTAL COMBS, 36 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant.  She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $500.00 bail.

On 1/21/13 at about 11:23 PM officers conducted a traffic stop on a black Honda for an equipment violation.  Upon investigation officers arrested ELY MERFELD, 20 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Driving While License Suspended.  He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance.
