RE: Drug dealers in Ketchikan By Kevin Kristovich January 09, 2014
The one factor is this. The judges need to be tougher on drug offenders whether selling or consuming or in possession. You get caught, go in front of the judge, you do maximum sentence and pay maximum fine! Plain and simple. Use the mail to send or receive drugs, it becomes federal go directly to the big house no deals, no snitching to make sentences lighter. Repeat offenders are in front of a judge crying that they DO in fact have a problem and want rehab. This is just putting a hat on in my opinion, because many offenders that the judge rules their decisions on sends them to rehab and then what? They get out, fall right into the same circle they got out of. The best rehab is maximum sentences in jail. Those that want to have a better life after serving time and make it on the outside good for them! Those that don't, welcome back to the crossbar Hilton!
