“Building robust and reliable infrastructure for Alaska's future is one of my highest priorities. As Congress drafted the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, commonly called the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, I worked hard to ensure Alaska was front and center in negotiations. The Alaska Delegation was united in the bill's passage, and in the short time since the bill was signed into law, our state has already received over $1 billion in infrastructure funding,” said Congressman Don Young.
Young said, “These investments are just the beginning; Alaska stands to secure over $5 billion to ensure a bright infrastructure future. You deserve a voice in this process, and I want to hear your ideas. What projects would you like to see funded through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law’s competitive grant programs? I encourage you to participate in my Alaskan Infrastructure Roundtable to send your ideas directly to my office.”
