Dock expansion

I agree with Ms. Renee Schofield about getting out and voting.
"If you don't vote then don't complain about the state
of affairs." But to be fair the vote should be open for
all the island residents to vote on, not just the city folk.
The new dock expansion affects everyone on this island.
