Moving the southern terminus

I agree with Doug Barry. Moving the southern terminus of the
Alaska Marine Highway System from Bellingham into Candada is
nuts. What is Olson drinking up there in Soldotna? With the
push to require passports to get into Canada (and Mexico) it'll
make traveling on the ferry system to Alaska a real pain in the
seat. Lisa Murkowski informed me there's something in the works
to adapt that passport plan into a more traveler friendly system,
but it still will be an inconvenience.
