Travelers without automobiles would need to wait no more than an hour to board a bus at the airport terminal and then utilize the bus system, plus a taxi if needed, at a substantially reduced fare without undue delay and unnecessary strain. Terminal to terminal passengers might even be enticed into paying a slightly higher fare for the privilege of not having to haul their baggage back and forth.
