 By Carl Webb February 12, 2007 I must admit I like the idea. Yet it seems a little extreme. I am not looking to send anybody to prison just raise more awareness about the harmful effects of smoking. Our society is supposed to be learning from past mistakes. I think the most selfish act is a woman who is pregnant and smokes anything.
