CFP® professionals also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and to uphold CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Rules of Conduct and Financial Planning Practice Standards. Otter Creek Partners is a registered investment advisor firm engaged in a consulting practice offering fee-only investment advice, investment management, retirement and financial planning services in Alaska and Washington states, with clients in several others states as well.
