Move the museum, enlarge the
library

NO! NO! NO!
The citizens/residents of Ketchikan
and the Island deserve to have the public library left in the
current location.
Locate the museum some place else.
The proposed museum is for tourists - not local residents.
How many local people would use the museum? How many could afford
to use it?
We want the public library left where it is - move the museum
and enlarge the library.
Downtown Ketchikan has how many jewelry and gift stores catering
to the public? Don't we, the local residents, deserve a beautiful
and unique setting beside the creek with a view of the mountains
for OUR library?
Have you considered the annual local usage of the library compared
to the annual local usage of the museum?
