I bet there is "BAILOUT" money that could be headed to Ketchikan if the Tax Raisers looked in that direction. If KPU has all that money why isn't it being put back into the "PUBLIC'S UTILITY"? I remember electric rate increases to fund water pipes. What's going on with that? We need a local government that really works for Ketchikan and not just to get their names on a bronze plaque on some boondoggle. It's not just kids with uncooked
