Alaska Marine Highway Not Listening

I read the letter about the ferrys and I agree but who do we talk to? How do the residents of Alaska voice our opinion?
I think it is crazy we are building a 350' (day boat) ferry that has no state rooms. But how does the public voice that opinion.
The people at Alaska Marine Highway obviously are not listening?
