Mr. Nance, the Constitution does not mention the right to privacy, however you forgot about the Bill of Rights that James Madison and others added to the Constitution and grants citizens of the USA the right to privacy.
Your issue of slavery was also dealt with in the Thirteenth Amendment, I think you knew this. Roe vs Wade is the law.
