We are getting soaked and poisoned By Ed Plute March 03, 2014
We do not want or need these chemicals in Ketchikan's water. We can keep what we have, get filters. I investigated into the filtration system. The company is called Tigg systems. Activated charcoal filters will handle our water problems. And the capacity, wait wait... The price $300,000 pre engineered and EPA approved. They have to be changed every six months. And these folders come preloaded with 40,000 pounds of activated charcoal. Problem solved. Contact number, Anthony Mazzoni 1-800-925-0011. Contact number, Stephanie Canady 1-281-496-0066. This number will be for the price of chloramimation systems. Wait wait... $125,000, that is the quote. And their price..... under further investigation just in case you did not know department. Here are three more things that scare the heck out of me... One is barium and the next one is thallium, the next one is chromium. So put that in your cup and drink it. They are scary stuff. I want a filtration system put in, it will not stop all of our problems, but it's a good start. You cannot keep throwing money down the drain. You cannot use this stuff on an output pipe the EPA will fine you a lot of money. It is illegal to dump it in the bay. Now remember we have to canneries here, any outflow with these chemicals and it will be illegal. They must be treated once at the source and again at the treatment plant. If these chemicals are going into my body they have to be treated twice. Something is terribly terribly wrong. So I hope you show up at our meeting we have a lot of things to discuss. Thank you, Ed Plute
