United Citizens for Better Water, is a group of local Ketchikan citizens concerned about our drinking water and our city's planned use of Chloramines in March, now has a petition that you can sign. To sign you must be a Ketchikan registered voter. The group is accepting City of Ketchikan registered voter signatures to get this issue on a ballot. March 20th is Blue Shirt Day. Wear a blue shirt in support of United Citizens for Better Water's cause.
