School District failure to report child abuse

Letter to the Editor:
Mark O'Brien is correct that school district employees annually sign that they are aware of their legal requirements to report witnessed abuse as well as report if there is cause to believe that abuse has occurred. I had to read and sign the same type of document when employed by a private Alaskan school.
How many children were harmed by the school district's failure to report?
