Wow, Jerry sure got my attention with his photos of trash! How discouraging after the community wide effort this past weekend. What can we do about this? A couple of thoughts came to my mind. Is there the technology for some remote cameras at the worst sites? What would that cost? Who would monitor them? Or, could a "trash stoppers" program be started where we offered cash rewards for tips helping Jerry get the slobs? I would be happy to write a check today towards any solution to this terrible problem. Yours for a cleaner Ketchikan, Charlotte Glover
