Be On Camera!

Concerning the trash problem, Charlotte is onto something regarding
the remote camera idea! I saw an article recently that talked
about how police used an infared remote camera to document illegal
dumping. They set up at a couple of known hot spots and before
the criminals could say "smile" they had several arrests.
Jerry, you know where these dumping areas are here, would this
work?
The Alaska zoo in Anchorage
might be a good resource for information. They have been testing
this type of technology to help a scientist document snow leopards
in the wild.
