Missing $200K

I agree with ML Dahl on this one. If the money was deposited
in the wrong account, then just move it to the borough account.
Penalties and the like are, I would hope, spelled out in the
original agreement.
...Unless the money is no longer in the wrong account. If that
is the case, we will have gone from incompetence and head-shaking
to criminal investigation.
