Former Ketchikan residents, Brian Theodore Miller and Amanda Rae Chandler, have announced their engagement to be married. The couple will be wed in Arizona on August 17, 2007. The groom is currently employed with the Department of Homeland Security and graduated from Fife High School in Fife, Washington. The bride is currently a student attending the University of Alaska Southeast and a graduate of Ketchikan High School. The groom's parents are Arizona residents Ted and Carol Miller of Arizona are the parents of the groom and Micheal and Becky Myers of Montana are the parents of the bride.
