Veneer Mill "Maintenance"

I agree, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. How long are we going to put up with the KGB being soft where this mess is concerned? Although this is the same bunch that gave our emergency money to a group of men headed up by a man that never makes things work. This man had a logging company in the area and it went belly up after it wouldn't support his big salary. Again the venture went belly up when the very large salaries of the executives could not be supported.

Does this pattern bring any memories back? This has gone on long enough!! I am urging the people of The Ketchikan Gateway Borough to tell the Assembly to foreclose on the mill at once. How long are we supposed to support that mess out there? Get the place cleaned up and sell the darn thing to someone that will actually do something with it and stop having to put our money into the hole that has been dug for us that we didn't ask for. Then put the money back into the emergency fund that was so rudely taken from us without us having any input into it other than a comment at the meeting and I am not sure that even took place.

I think it is time for the Silent Majority to Speak Up and tell the Borough Assembley that we have had enough.
