To build your retirement, you must make a return on your investments. That could be where the trouble starts if the guy you buy or rent from bought his building for more than it was worth because the guy he bought it from, paid too much. The typical scenario follows this trend and continues with a building owner slapping on a coat of paint or a new roof or new carpet. Sometimes it is a cover up, or it may be that they don't know what they should do. I think more often than not, it is,"curb appeal" and "buyer beware". The fact is,"what goes
