"Traditional Law"

In regard to the KIC recall I think this is an opportune time
to go to the part of "traditional law" which is stated
in our bylaws and forego "dominant society" rules and
regulations. It has been stated that the tribal council could
not go into executive session addressing a recall. Then go to
the table "in the best interest of the people you serve"
and talk. If you cannot agree then come to a compromise. Leadership
and politics can go hand in hand if you communicate. There is
no need for lawyers.
