Looking for relatives

I'm trying to trace any relatives if any of my Grand Uncle James
Rickard. He was noted in the 1920 census as a fisherman crewing
a boat "Nalinio" fishing out of Ketchikan. He originally
came from a place called Howth, County Dublin, Ireland.
