Re-zone of Baranof a bad idea

I teach at Houghtaling Elementary
School. I think the re-zone of Baranof is a bad idea. Just try
driving on Baranof between 8:15-9:15, and again from 2:30-3:45,
It's hard to get a large pickup down the street, let alone a
commercial vehicle. And oh yes...there seems to be a preponderance
of children in this neighborhood.
