COMMUNITY INVITED! GRAND OPENING
PAINTBALL FIELD, SUNDAY May 21st

By Bobbie McCreary

May 18 2006
Thursday

Everyone come on out to the old Rock Pit on Revilla Road (on the way to Harriet Hunt Lake)for a great time...you don't have to be a paintballer, there will be live music and the Ketchikan High Academic Decathalon is hosting a Bar-B-Q fund-raiser.

You can still register a 3-person team for the Tournament. Masks and equipment will be provided free of charge, compliments of Cellular One.

We want to see a great turn-out to celebrate the hard work of these ambitious teen and young adult leaders who have formed...perhaps the only non-profit...paintball league and field in history! The community support has been incredible...it couldn't have happened without EVERYBODY working together!

This is the first sponsored program, emphasizing healthy activities for our youth and young adults, under Ketchikan Youth Initiatives..."Empowering Ketchikan through Empowering Youth!" See you there!
