I also read the article Andy Williams was referring to that said
Mobile, Alabama had the most rain in the United States. I actually
emailed the writer of the article and copied them Ketchikan's
annual rainfall statistics. If we all put up with that much liquid
sunshine, we should at least get credit for it!
