As for "a three-month vacation and none of the white men can come", there must be a lot of people torn between dual identity. I say that for I am white as well as Alaska Native (Indian). I know most people say as long as Indian blood pumps in your veins, you're Indian. I agree with that, but by looking at me you couldn't guess I had an ounce of Native in me for I am as white as white men or women come. I only mention this because the long held grudge Alaska Natives hold of the white men sure do affect some of us who may not be 100% Native. I look at it this way, we are
all God's children - none better then the other, but equal to
one another. I find it hard to understand why races can not get
along. I guess that is a question that raises many questions...
