Bong Hits 4 the Supreme Court

The "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" case just decided by the Supreme
Court takes us from the sublime to the ridiculous. Certainly,
the five Justices in the majority decision have read, or are
at least aware of "the Theater of the Absurd." In
any case, they have just added to it. Kudos to Justice Stevens
for chastising them in a dissent more cogent than their majority
holding.
