Ooligan fishing

Thanks for the article on ooligan fishing. I found it while googling the fish while conceiving an interest in trying it as food. Reading about Lewis and Clark (Pioneering Naturalists, by Cutright) one of the explorers had said that the fish was his favorite for eating.
Unfortunately it seems that here on the east coast I am unable to buy it/try it.
