Free Landfill?

Free Landfill for City Employees? Sign me up!! I work for the
City and I was not aware that I could bring my scrap lumber to
the Landfill for free. Mark, since you "know they work
that way" perhaps you could tell me and all the rest of
the City workers how "they" do that so we can take
advantage of this free service?
Oh wait, I just re-read your
letter, you "can't prove it". Maybe you should not
accuse people of impropriety without having the proof to back
it up.
