Let's Start a Clean Air Initiative
in Ketchikan
By Samuel Bergeron

Wednesday PM
An Initiative is a law made by the people.
76% of us don't smoke; 24% do. I propose to model a smoking ordinance
that represents the majority of us who don't smoke and eliminate
smoking in all public places. If you wish to join me in this
endeavor please e-mail me and I will arrange a meeting of interested
people and get this process started.
