Editor,

What a breath of fresh air to read Representative John Harris' post regarding Sue and Lose-Pay. It is about time the good guys won.

Now, if Representative Harris or other elected officials would address another situation that is of equal worth. Our State of Alaska Pension Investment board has placed 24% of available retirement funds with companies doing business with the terrorist counties that are threatening or are in the supportive act of killing Americans. For the latest favorable action to diverse retirement funds see: http://www.centerforsecuritypolicy.org/home.aspx?sid=140&categoryid=

.

For complete information this site will provide it. http://www.centerforsecuritypolicy.org/Home.aspx?CategoryID=

Click on "The terrorism investments of the 50 States".

There are serious questions to be asked of both the Pension investment board as well, the board of the Alaska Permeate fund. It may to have invested a like percentage of the fund with similar companies.

Supporting those rouge countries with financial investments allowing them the funding to kill Americans can not be allowed to continue. Is there a legislator out there who will ask those questions and take legislative action??
