Library

As much as I would've liked to see a gorgeous new library sitting
on top of the hill downtown, it has been explained to me by KJ
Harris that one of the main reasons to not have it there is the
limited access and maneuvering room for fire trucks and other
emergency vehicles. That is the best explanation for not using
that spot.
Joe Craig's idea which follows ideas outlined by Pat Jirschele
, John Stewart and others is excellent, but I understand that
re-modeling the present structure does not qualify for the 6
million.
Hmmm.seems to be a never ending conundrum.
