DO WE NEED MORE DRUG ENFORCERS

IT IS REALLY SAD TO NOTE THAT THE CITY OF KETCHIKAN, OR THE BOROUGH, HAS CREATED AN OVERSIGHT OF NOT SUBJECTING INCOMING OLD AND NEW FISH PROCESSORS FOR DRUG TEST. BECAUSE OF THESE, THE DRUG ENFORCERS ARE SHORT OF HAND IN CATCHING PUSHERS OR USERS, IF EVER, CAN ONLY BE COUNTED BY ONES FINGERS APPREHENDING TWO OR THREE THAT ONCE RUN LOOSE IN KETCHIKAN FISH PROCESSING COMPANIES.
THIS I KNOW THAT TRIDENT SEAFOODS DO INCLUDE DRUG AND FIRST AID TEST TO ALL APPLICANTS EVERY YEAR. OTHERS IN LINE SIMPLY WAIVED THESE REQUIRED DRUG TESTS DUE TO THE DETRIMENT OF OTHER FLOOR BASED FISH PROCESSOR HANDLING SHARPENED KNIVES WITH THEIR LEAD MEN CREATING AN ATMOSPHERE OF A VIVA VOCE THAT CAN GET AWAY WITH IT.
AS A TAXPAYER TO THE CITY OF KETCHIKAN, AND PARENTS OF KIDS IN SCHOOL SAMPLING THE NON REQUIRED DRUG TEST TO EITHER NEW OR OLD INCOMING EMPLOYEES OF A CERTAIN PROCESSING COMPANY, WE CAN BEST BET IF THIS EMPLOYEE WILL NOT COMMIT HARAKIRI, WHERE DO WE RAN FOR THE OBSERVANCE OF THE LAWS IN OUR OWN BACKYARD.
MAYBE, OUR GOOD MAYOR LEW WILLIAMS III CAN AND WILL SEND ACTUAL INSPECTORS TO INSPECT AT RANDOM ANY AND ALL FISH PROCESSING COMPANY/IES TO ISSUE RED FLAGS OR EFFECT ARRESTS ANYBODY, IRREGARDLESS OF THEIR POSITIONS WITH THESE FISH PROCESSING COMPANIES, EITHER FINES, OR IMPRISONMENT, OR BOTH.
IT IS REALLY UNFAIR FOR ANY KETCHIKAN RESIDENT TO KNOW WHAT WE HAVE TERMED AND KNOWINGLY KNEW THIS LAW AS AN OVERSIGHT DUE TO A RUSH OF PRODUCTION TAKES, OR SEASONAL UPDATES, OR WHATEVER THE REASON FOR AN OVERSIGHT MIGHT BE DEEMED PROPER AND FIT. ONE JUST COULD NOT BRAG THAT KETCHIKAN IS KETCHIKAN WHERE TOURIST COME AND PRY EVERY OPENED JEWELRY AND GET SHOUTED BY PORT SECURITY OFFICERS WHEN CROSSING UNMARKED PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS. AHHH ..... THIS PART IF WHAT WE TERM AS "WELCOME TO KETCHIKAN, THE GATEWAY CITY OF ALASKA AND THE SALMON CAPITAL OF THE WORLD".
ITS REALLY WORTH OF SHOWING TO TOURIST THE PLUSH CONCRETE BOARDWALKS, THE BRONZE STATUES ON THE PORT, AND THE WALKWAYS IN DOWNTOWN AREA, BUT FORGETTING THE ROTTEN PORTIONS OF THE ROADS IN NEWTOWN AREA, BUT WHAT DO WE CARE ANYWAY.
DO WE NEED ENOUGH BUDGET TO SPRUCE OR BUILD NEW JAILS, OR DO WE NEED MORE DRUG ENFORCERS TO SWOOP A PROCESSING COMPANY, OR SCHOOL CAMPUS AND TO CHECK IF DRUG TEST HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED, OPEN THE VALIDITY FOR SCRUTINY, AND HAUL THE CULPRITS ON A SLOW BOAT TO CHINA.....
HEE HAW .......
