Report of drug sales leads to arrest of 2 men, 1 woman

According to information released by the Ketchikan Police, Grayson refused to identify himself during the investigation. Officers located a plastic baggie containing suspected Methamphetamine valued at $7,500.00 and a small amount of Heroin. All three were charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. Grayson was also charged with False Information and Duggins with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree. All three were transported to the State Jail and held without bail. Charges rare merely accusations and the defendants are to be presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
