Not "department"
but "process" re: Borough

I want to acknowledge broadly that I misspoke in a news article
that was printed in the Ketchikan Daily News last Thursday, wherein
I spoke of my skepticism that a development plan of the Newtown
area would happen... I have a great deal of respect for the capabilities
of the Borough's planning department... my skepticism is reserved
for the planning "process" the Borough follows not
for the "department."
