Exercise

Yes, this is a great place if you want exercise. Tuesday I went
up Deer Mountain and Yesterday I went up Perserverance Trail.
Both were a challenge, but the feeling following that workout
was unbelievable. Let me tell you, nothing beats a great walk
in the woods after a good rain. The little waterfalls are so
musical, and the atmosphere so peaceful. Who needs pilates
and exercise classes when they could get all the benefits of
exercise plus a nature trip at the same time? I find this time
so well spent that I can't believe I don't do it more often.
Anybody who thinks exercise
is boring should take a nature walk.
