Let's make a change
By Michael Moyer

I think it's high time to send our royal Alaskan family packing. We are tired of hearing about how bold Mr. Murkowski is. He's not bold, he's sneaky. Back room oil deals that would freeze any renegotiations for years, eliminating the longevity bonus, a private jet that is supposed to double as a prisoner transport, attempting to dig into the permanent fund, trying to initiate a state income tax, increasing the penalties for marijuana when there are no medical records of any kind to justify it and our supreme court has ruled against it, promoting nepotism by appointing his own daughter to the national senate, sidelining the Swan Lake-Tyee power intertie until a month before the election primary, it all looks just too shady. The list just goes on and on and we are so tired of it.

Let's make a change. Let's elect some new blood and send the blue bloods down the road.
