Since Ms. White has been manager, one resident who has resided at Seaview since 1999, has received 3 violations (never any with previous managers). Our 100 year old resident received a "lease violation" for being one day late on her rent (after 15 years), even tho she has a working phone and her apartment is only 5 doors away from Ms. White's office, she was not afforded the luxury of being 'reminded'. There is no compassion or understanding of our seniors by Ms. White, and three quarters of them live under intimidation or a "lease violation". Seniors are not allowed to have a garden as it would be a liability, we are not allowed to have a 'change machine' in the laundry room, as no other facility has one, after we were told we could. Scooters are just the "tip of the iceburg". At our age we understand and appreciate rules, we just do not appreciate being treated like 6 year olds with continual threats or living in a half way house. Yes, I stand up for our seniors, and will continue to do so, with or without Ms. White's "lease violation".
