But the main objectivity of this letter is the constant "tiling" in mostly scanned TV channels besetting consumers in their condo residences at Tongass Towers. I am just a consumer now wary to have them reported. This problem, as per constant visits to the KPU Office at the Plaza has been commented on to be that the wirings at Tongass Towers were the main cause thus tilings just could not be repaired. Poor Consumers. The sad thing is, just because the Tongass Towers (TT) Condo Unit gets blamed by the KPU as the building itself is an old edifice, the Managers and personnel of the TT blames KPU. In short, like the Gunfight at the OK Corral, we the consumers are in between their firing lines, hoping not to get hit but I rather 'bite the bullet whatever comes my way, I guess. And considering the change from the myopic MyRio remote controls to the new sophisticated remote controls still these wonderful KPU technicians offer to come and offer their one-on-one applications that these remote controls work effectively. Question is - does the City of Ketchikan do something about the wiring problems to get this done with, or are we in the waiting period for another round of the city's counselor's pros and cons, or does KPU can give that needed credit for consumer complaints of tilings when a penalty has been automatically charged to consumers paying their bills one day late. IS KPU STILL FOR SALE? Anyone ?????? Joey Garcia Received August 14, 2011 - Published August 15, 2011
