Chere Klein for House

Were the Alaska House District 36 contest based on popularity, personal philosophy or great ideas, the voter could be in a quandary.

Elections, however, should focus on the overall good a candidate can bring to the community.

One candidate stands far above the rest in ability to deliver for our district from Day One. In the recent past, Ketchikan found out from sore experience the importance of good relationships with fellow lawmakers and House leadership.

One candidate stands at the ready to continue after 2 1/2 years of experience serving us from within the Legislature. Chere Klein has been our boots on the ground in Juneau these past years working daily not just from outside but from within our Legislature.

Chere is well-poised to carry on using her already-formed knowledge, experience, and connections to get the job done for Ketchikan and the rest of our district.

We have found Chere to be approachable and easily accessible. She is pro-family, pro-business, and promotes responsible development of our resources. Chere is a strong supporter of education.

We encourage you to join us in casting your ballot for Chere Klein for State House on August 19.
