How about a 4 story Jewelry Mall where all the jewelry stores not locally owned have to do business. A closed escalator/moving sidewalk will move passengers from the CITY OWNED AND OPERATED DOCKS only to the shops city officials sleep with and hence to the Jewelry Building. The LSST Tower, (Lybrand Salazar Sarber Tipton.) At least we'd only have one boarded up building to look in the wintertime. The government is best that governs least. Tom LeCompte
