September 16, 2004
Thursday
Ketchikan, Alaska - The fishing vessel Royal Flush, from Mt.
Vernon, Washington, sits on the rocks near Ketchikan Monday after
striking a submerged object. An Air Station Sitka Jayhawk
helicopter lowered a dewatering pump to the boat's operator,
who was manually bailing water from the boat when the crew arrived.
