Ketchikan, Alaska - Ketchikan General Hospital Childcare Center announces its participation in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program administered by the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development. Meals will be made available to enrolled children at no separate charge without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.

Parent's income determines the amount of money USDA will reimburse to the Childcare Center to provide meals to enrolled children. The income eligibility guidelines listed below are used to determine the Childcare Center's reimbursement from the USDA. Children from households whose monthly income is at or below these levels are eligible to be counted for free or reduced-price meal reimbursement.
